in2i.no consists of multiple solutions, here we will explain what data is collected in each product.

All solutions:

  • Application logs: Browser info, request info, and IP might be present in application logs with a time of occurrence. The log can also contain information about actions that were performed. User info might be present in application logs if you have an account.

in2i Progtype:

  • Typing statistics: Words per minute, accuracy, typing settings, time.

in2i DocToQR:

  • Upload time: File name and content is encrypted, encryption key is not transmitted to the server, hence this is inaccessible to us. However, we do store the time of upload.

How will we use your data?

in2i.no collects your data so that it can be used the following way:

  • Application logs: Is used to improve in2i.no service, fix any issues that might occur, and to detect misuse of in2i.no service.

in2i Progtype:

  • Typing statistics: Used to improve service, e.g. improve settings that are often used or replace unused settings. Typing speed and accuracy statistics are useful in order to determine how to visualize the data in the best way, e.g. adjust max value of wpm gauge.

in2i DocToQR:

  • Upload time: To delete expired files. Files are considered as expired after 10 minutes. However, it can take up to 20 minutes before the file is deleted because of the cleanup interval.

The data above can also in some cases be used for analytical purposes in order to improve in2i.no service. An example of this is to create statistics of browser versions that are used so that we can determine what type of browsers we should support. Another example is to use location information from IP address to determine if we need to setup servers in other parts of the world. Note that when we create these statistics it will be done anonymously and we will not connect this to you as an individual.

How do we store your data?

in2i.no securely stores collected data on servers in Europe. Access to these servers are limited and can only be accessed by authorized users.

Application logs are stored up to 90 days, after that they will be automatically deleted. User info is stored as long as you have an account until you delete your account. If you are inactive for 2 years, your account with all data will be deleted.

We create backups of the data in order to restore the service in case of a failure. Backups are stored for up to 30 days. After that they will be automatically deleted.

What are your data protection rights?

in2i.no would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.

The right to access – You have the right to request in2i.no for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification – You have the right to request that in2i.no correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request us to complete the information you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure – You have the right to request that in2i.no erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that in2i.no restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to in2i.no's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
